Graduated from IIT Goa (B.Tech, CSE), I bring a blend of full-stack development, competitive programming, and startup experience. Architechs' during my tenure:
📌 We Maintain and develop all student-side websites, adding new features and web pages for an enhanced user experience.
📌 Instead of one workshop, we organized month-long project-based workshops in web development, UI/UX, and app development. This approach helps every beginner student initiate learning and create meaningful projects.
During these workshops, we conduct a survey to understand each student's interests. Based on their preferences, we form 8-10 groups, each consisting of 5-10 members. Each group is assigned a core member who guides and teaches them, providing learning materials and setting deadlines. After two weeks of instruction, the next two weeks are dedicated to creating a personal project portfolio, aligned with the chosen tech stacks (e.g., web development, app development, UI/UX).
Students have the freedom to choose their projects and can seek guidance from core members and the club head. Winter vacations allow additional time for project improvement and functionality.
Following the break, we organize a final offline meet where my team and I address remaining doubts, evaluate projects, provide feedback for improvement, and answer any queries.
📌 We also focus on enhancing the experience and skills of our core members, particularly in their tech stack, through continuous guidance and support.
