  • Lotus Eletre Product Detail Page and Reservation Flow: As the responsible party for the product detail page of the new Car Eletre, I managed the designers, UX’ers and developers. I made sure that the page had a optimized an engaging user experience. Additionally, I focused on enhancing the reservation flow, ensuring customers had a seamless and user-friendly way to reserve the Lotus Eletre. By prioritizing UX, we streamlined the process and boosted customer satisfaction.
  • GDPR Compliance: I played a pivotal role in helping Lotus Cars Europe procure and integrate a cookie consent solution, ensuring their website adhered to GDPR regulations. By implementing this solution, we protected user data privacy and established trust with visitors.
  • Multinational Website Development: Acting as a product owner and strategist, I successfully managed the designers, UX’ers, and a remote development team based in China to create a website that catered to eight European countries using Sitecore XP. Through effective collaboration and clear communication, we delivered a cohesive and localized web presence tailored to each market's needs.
  • Automated Translation Workflow: Recognizing the importance of efficient translation processes, I implemented strategies to automate translations on the website. By optimizing the workflow and integrating translation tools, we minimized manual efforts, enhanced accuracy, and reduced time-to-market for localized content.
  • Through my role as a product owner and strategist, I effectively contributed to Lotus Cars Europe's digital transformation, resulting in a GDPR-compliant website, improved customer experiences, and a streamlined reservation flow.

  • One of the core businesses of Quadia is organizing webinars. They used to have an inefficient and old tool. Setting up a portal with a full webinar flow took about 4 hours. Also it looked very outdated. This needed to be changed.
  • During this project, I wrote the entire strategy, conducted (user) research and devised functionalities to suit the target group. I also made sure that the tool works efficiently, so that employees can set up a complete webinar flow in the client's house style within 2 minutes. This makes the tool 95% more efficient than the previous tool. This is a big cost saver for Quadia. By working together and listening to the different departments it became a tool that was embraced by the whole company. Important features the platform has: customer branding, standard texts applicable to each customer, breakout rooms, security, GDPR-proof, etc.

Research on the impact of the GDPR law on producing and publishing videos for corporates. For this I wrote a whitepaper that helps corporates to create and publish videos in line with the GDPR law.
