About

As a Business Analyst at CARS24, I leveraged my data analytics and SQL skills to support the digital business landing, the operation credit team, and the dealers. I was the solo analyst for the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) segment, and part of the central BI (Business Intelligence) team. I worked on big data and analytics platforms, such as Periscope and Superset, to create automated dashboards and reports. Prior to CARS24, I was a Business Analyst at RIVIGO, a logistics and supply chain company, where I worked on various projects, such as VAS (Value-Added Services), PACE (Performance and Cost Efficiency), and AM360 (Account Management 360). I collaborated with the product team to find gaps in data and software, and shared insights and requirements with the leadership. I received the Game Changer Award for demonstrating the Rivigo leadership principle of "1% improvement everyday". I graduated from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering. I also completed a training in Creative Projects and Contract, where I learned about project management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment.
