• During this tenure, my focus was on steering `Project Schematic` from inception to drive preference for Visa over other networks with deep insights from Visa’s world’s richest payment network data. Hired & led the engineering team while designing the schematic data platform. Architected & built core systems from scratch and hosted them on the intranet. This project has helped

• Developed an enterprise data pipeline framework using Spark- Scala/Airflow/Yaml to automate data pipelines in an optimized way to reduce latency for data availability, computational costs, and licensing costs to support all projects. Scaled the Schematic application to derive insights on all global enterprises (2k+) & engineered the data lake. Delivered a near real-time enterprise risk score prediction pipeline using LSTM for the Schematic project furthermore, I've trained the model with CUDA.
• I delivered the ‘AI News Scanner’ Project to categorize/flag internet articles from Factiva/Bloomberg using Transformers, Vector embeddings, and NLP. This helps the legal and compliance teams to make informed decisions based on media news.
• Furthermore, I delivered a SalesBuddy Chatbot using RAG on Azure OpenAI integration to scale assistance for Sales teams using CMS data. Delivered a ‘SQL Copilot’ and scaled it for enterprise needs using LangChain Agents, Prompts, and Toolkits. Enterprise teams can ingest their domain-specific data (from Hive, MySql) that can be used as a context to LLM (gpt-3.5-turbo-16k). I enriched the 'SQL-Copilot' as a service and scaled its capacity to serve multiple engineering teams.

• As Lead Technologist - Part of the Core Analytics Team, my emphasis was on helping PayPal’s checkout product engineering team to achieve 1000+ bps improvement in e2e conversion by 40 BPS YOY on PayPal’s online member checkout experience. Without the help of in-real-time predictions and A/B testing using Machine learning, it would not have been made possible.
• Moreover, I spearheaded the architecture and design of a sophisticated real-time streaming platform called Ventana from scratch that consumes 30bn+ events per day through PayPal’s in-house Kafka platform to address data instrumentational gaps across engineering teams at PayPal using XGBoost with a multivariate classifier to alleviate data quality issues in real-time to standardize engineering team’s instrumentation effort as per ‘Tracking Analytics’ interface standards.
• My focus was on devising the tracking governance tool using NodeJs with several other JS libraries to guide analysts to ensure the data quality across multiple analytical projects on elastic search with Python Flask as the backend. Worked on designing different data funnels & ML models on PayPal's consumer events (1450M+ events per day) mining the big data of 2PB plus in size for ongoing

• Managed CI pipelines with MLOps. Besides, I have productionalize an anomaly detection platform with unsupervised learning on PayPal’s massive logging data using the Affinity Propagation algorithm. Prompted ML model as a service using Python Flask and deployed to Kubernetes.
• I have joined PayPal as a full-stack engineer and associated with the Billing and Acquiring teams to build Product features on PayPal's massive consumer presence across the Globe. Worked on E2E payment architectures, microservices, and analytics. Involved in code migrations from legacy CPP platforms to continuously available platforms that are available till five 9's accuracy and are scaled horizontally to serve millions of consumers across the globe.
