Dr. Gretchen Jameson brings a career-long passion for brand excellence and change leadership to move mission forward for organizations and the people they serve. With a 25+ year career leading people and strategy within nonprofit, corporate, and higher education settings, she understands what makes organizations, their people, and their brands tick, thrive, and transform. Her educational toolkit spans an Ed.D. from the University of Southern California, an M.A. in Public Relations from Webster University, and a B.S.Ed. from Concordia University Nebraska. Gretchen’s professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to developing people and organizations to achieve their unique purpose, for a greater good. Currently, Dr. Jameson serves as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Versiti, an international leader in blood research operating at the nexus of collection, science, and medicine. Previously, she was Chief Learning Officer and Vice President for Client Experience at RippleWorx, an international human performance SaaS firm named among the INC 5000 fastest growing tech firms in the U.S. There, she architected RippleWorx’ proprietary RPX5 methodology and deepened her expertise in brand leadership, standing up the company’s first client experience division. Prior to this, her brand and learning and development work for Kacmarcik Enterprises (2023) and Concordia University (2019) earned national recognition for excellence in strategic design and outcomes. Gretchen regularly teaches courses at the graduate level in the areas of brand strategy, organizational development, and leadership. She is an active member of multiple boards and organizations including the Milwaukee Ballet and the Lutheran Education Association. Gretchen and her husband, Rev. Leon Jameson have two daughters and reside in Milwaukee, Wis.
