• After Sourcing the resumes, screen them based on job description to check parameters like education, exp , Communication skills , behavioral attributes , job history , Salaryfitment, willigness to re - locate etc & then co - ordinate with the client HR for scheduling different levels of interviews.
• Understanding client requirements on the technical grounds, Developing and implementing effective sourcing stratergies, screening as per requirement , short - listing of profiles based on relevancy , Interview Scheduling, Follow - ups as per need , offer release follow ups, Negotiations , Feedbacks on Periodical basis.
• Handling all levels of Recruitment - Entry level , Middle level and Senior level positions for the entire vertical.
