• I held executive and design leadership roles at Think Design following its acquisition by Havas in 2019. • As Founder and CEO of one of India’s largest independent design firms, I was responsible for building Think Design from the ground up, growing it into a multi-studio operation across India and the US, and leading high-impact design initiatives for clients across industries and geographies.
• My role spanned company growth, strategic planning, corporate governance, and P&L ownership. I also led key project acquisitions and oversaw delivery quality across product, service, and experience design initiatives. This phase culminated in a successful M&A with the global Havas network.

• As Founder and Design Head of Think Design, I co-created the studio’s foundational vision and played a hands-on role in its early growth. I led multidisciplinary design programs from concept through execution, and was deeply involved in shaping the firm’s positioning, processes, and culture.
• During this phase, I also forged key industry partnerships, expanded the firm across four studios in India, and co-established an Indo-Japanese joint venture focused on research and cross-country collaboration.
