• As co-lead of the Candidate Experience workstream, I introduced feedback loops and process enhancements that increased satisfaction scores by 25%. • Beyond recruitment, I focused on DE&I, embedding equitable hiring frameworks, diversifying interview panels, and shaping policies such as extended leave and menopause support.
