About

I help enterprise HR technology buyers and vendors make better decisions on product, market, and AI strategy. In my current role as Vice President at Gartner, I advise CHROs, CIOs, and other senior leaders on high-stakes HR technology decisions. I help them create HR tech roadmaps and business cases, evaluate and select vendors, prioritize HR AI (including GenAI and Agentic AI) use cases, and drive enterprise adoption. This gives me a clear view of buyer needs, vendor evaluation criteria, AI opportunities, and truly differentiating HR technology capabilities. I use those insights to shape the product and market strategies of leading HR technology vendors by identifying unmet buyer needs, assessing roadmap priorities, and sharpening positioning and value engineering frameworks. Beyond advisory work, I have operated inside a Human Capital Management (HCM) vendor. At Dayforce, I led market and competitive strategy and translated win/loss patterns and buyer insights into product differentiation, roadmap input, value narratives, and go-to-market priorities. Earlier in my career, I led HR technology strategy consulting teams at PwC and Deloitte, guiding large, complex organizations through HR technology selection and transformation programs. I am an MBA and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, developed deep executive relationships, and supported commercial growth. I am a published author of industry-defining research and a keynote speaker at global conferences on HR technology innovation and the future of work. Throughout my career, I have helped companies make stronger bets on product direction, market positioning, AI investments, and go-to-market strategy by grounding decisions in buyer feedback and competitive reality. Specialties: HCM, Employee Experience, AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills / Tasks / Work Architecture, and Internal Talent Marketplaces.
