I am currently leading HONO’s expansion in Africa, helping enterprises adopt AI-powered HR and multi-country payroll solutions to transform the way HR operates across the continent. Previously, I was Senior Program Manager at Lato Milk, driving IT and business transformation initiatives for one of East Africa’s leading dairy processors, and worked with FieldAssist, a SaaS company empowering FMCG distributors and brands. Earlier, I co-founded and successfully exited Medicfibers, an IIT Delhi–incubated med-tech startup, where I led research and commercialization of patented antimicrobial materials to combat hospital-acquired infections in collaboration with AIIMS Delhi, IIT Patna, and LG. An IIT Delhi graduate, I bring experience in digital transformation, innovation, and cross-border business growth, with a focus on scaling impactful solutions across diverse industries.
