I have an intrapreneurial spirit. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and to polish my business skills in IT field I have done my MBA in Information Technology Management from Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning. I have started my career as a sales intern in Directi where I had to consult end users and help find them the product fit from the range of products we had to offer. Sales intern is at times a position that is looked down upon but I had specifically opted for the position as I have an inclination towards sales. I was quickly promoted to Sales Associate and Senior Sales Associate within a year. Life is easy for a sales guy who really loves the work he is doing and just not doing that as he has no other option. Later on, basis my ability to understand and solve customer problems, I took up a Product Management role while handling Program in parallel. Working with Techblocks and Infosys helped me improve on my Scrum, Agile, Program and Project Management skills. Having worked on JioMart for last 2 years, have been able to deliver ~15% increase in no. of shipments as compared to previous years ~50% increase in AOV by introducing some most wanted features ~60% increase in revenue per month ~15% new customers ~7% Contribution in Shipment from RFCs(Reliance Fulfilment Center) ~50% increase unique SKU sold across JioMart 75L+ Assortment added Introduced 8 new verticals leading to 12 Verticals on JioMart Increased serviceability from 4k to 27k pincodes leading to 2x growth in Fashion Revenue & 1.3x growth in 3P Marketplace from new pin codes Worked on Fraud Detection and Address Enrichment using ML for ecommerce that can be used for JioMart and Netmeds both. Right now I am a Senior Product Manager at Fynd working on building Netmeds 2.0 with a vision to ensure all my customer live a long, happy and healthy life while we are always there to fulfil their health needs - be it meds, diagnostics or consulting or health library.
