• Smart SR Journey - Worked on Smart SR Journey for handling network outages impacting multiple customers,handling about 5L SRs/day. It reduced customer complaints by 5K SRs a day, saving Business nearly Rs. 150 Cr annually. • Broadband Fault Repair: Responsible for Design, Development, Implementation, Release, and Maintenance of Backend services for Broadband Fault Repair journey on Airtel’s Workflow and Fleet Management SaaS platform (Airtel Work). Built the entire journey, from initial phases to pan India implementation, handling about 35,000 Service Requests(SRs) daily. Worked on various Microservices which were deployed on GCP.
• Integrated various systems, worked on sending Notifications, SMS, Emails etc. Wrote functional and unit tests, Maintaining code coverage above 85%, monitored code releases, debugged and fixed production issues whenever needed.
