• My primary responsibility is to support our data scientists/engineers, analysts, software developers and clinical consultants on project teams through the following duties:
• Maintaining and optimising the internal architecture such as managing multiple AWS accounts to a specific service like Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) environments for developers.
• Management of development & production environment to ensure apps deployed within them are highly available.
• Assemble reports and examples for stakeholders detailing solutions that meet functional/n-non-functional business requirements.
• Chair discussions with the team to identify & implement internal process improvements, optimise data delivery and redesign infrastructure for greater scalability using research and examples such as automation.
• Ensure teams are developing apps with security in mind.

• Primary responsibility was supporting the data scientists, analysts and clinicians on team projects by optimising the data delivery architecture.
• Tasked with creating and maintaining the data pipeline architecture. This opportunity gave me the chance to create pipelines with the use of Python leading to transformed data that was used to create visualisations to present to clients and create new business.
• Assembling datasets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements. This led to creating a dataset which provides example data that can be used for testing when working with client data.

• Along with continuing with the job description when I was previously an intern, I gained more responsibilities listed:
• I was involved with being a stakeholder and technical point of contact on an initiative to onboard new clients with a separate version of the tracking implementation. This led to trialling numerous consultation and implementation methods with a range of clients and their software.
• Along with the above, it also included creating new documentation, training colleagues within the department and ensuring timeframes were met to ensure the success of the project.
• More aware of the "day-to-day" of the department and had more of an active role in this through tasks such as training new interns, cross-departmental training through a presentation and demonstration of the team's workflow bi-weekly and reviewing colleagues technical setup to ensure a smooth launch.

• I have acted successfully as the technical point of contact for a diverse range of clients which has led to integrating over 100+ accounts onto the platform along with troubleshooting errors with existing clients resulting in positive feedback externally and internally.
• As well as working with a range of clients, I've also had the opportunity to work on high profile projects such as GiffGaff Mobile, Asda and GLH Hotels with several departments to ensure the successful launch of their affiliate program.
• I became efficient in programming languages that led to being a collaborator on a project that contributed to my individual goals, along with the department's and company's goals.
