I scaled Outlook Mobile from 0 to 60 million monthly active users at Microsoft. I helped build Microsoft’s first product-led sales motion on top of that usage, reaching 85% enterprise penetration. At Slack, I drove enterprise expansion during peak competition, launching integrations and growth mechanics that increased usage by up to 750% in key segments. At Spendesk, I helped triple revenue to nearly $50M and built the product and data systems required for repeatable growth. Across all of that work, one thing became clear: Mobile growth is not about launching an app. It’s about building a revenue system inside the product. Today I’m CEO of Bryj.
