• Managed and coached a team of nine engineers (across frontend, backend, robotics, devops, and QA) to deliver several major projects, including secure deliveries and full autonomous routing, and move from EC2 to EKS (Kubernetes).

• Turned deployments across 30 different hospital systems from months to weeks by improving our software update processes, coordinating engineering processes with those of training, product, operations, and hospital leads.

• Implemented scheme validation for PowerShell, similar to XSD for XML, that eliminated run-time dereference errors
• Managed a WMI stress lab and two contractors for 200 machines to constantly validate the stability of Windows
• Wrote tooling for Windows Task Scheduler and WMI Stress and Performance that found bugs in Windows nearly every day for four years
