• Developed the substitute approval feature that enables travelers to assign a substitute approver for a defined time window to take actions on bookings during their absence.
• Implemented the delegate approval feature, allowing travelers to delegate approval responsibilities. After the delegation period ends, an approval email is sent to the designated delegate for further action.
• Built the SCS UI automation framework for approval workflows, improving process automation, increasing test coverage, and boosting reliability.
• Performed extensive technical enhancements and BOM upgrades across approval services, leading to a 28 percent improvement in service stability.
