I've spent the last 15 years marketing products that make work better, and I got in early enough to watch the entire HR tech category grow up around me. It started in 2011 when I co-founded Officevibe, one of the first employee engagement platforms, eventually acquired by GSoft (now Workleap), used by 3,000+ companies across 120 countries. My job wasn't HR. It was figuring out how to get people to care about something they didn't know they needed yet. That meant building content systems, growth strategies, and brand narratives from scratch for a market that barely existed. That experience wired me differently. I understand HR tech from the inside: the buyers, the pain points, the language, the politics between HR and leadership. And I know how to translate that complexity into marketing that actually moves people. Since then I've taken that same playbook into companies like Shortcut, Butterfly.ai, WFHomie, and now AllVoices, where I run demand generation and content strategy for an AI-native employee relations platform. I build the content systems, the SEO infrastructure, the thought leadership pipeline, and the webinar and podcast programs that keep HR leaders in our orbit. I also host People First, a show about what modern people leadership actually looks like in practice. The thread across all of it: I help HR tech companies find their voice, build their audience, and turn that audience into pipeline.
