• As a people manager, I turned around a culture of mistrust between individual contributors by authoring a team charter founded on Meta values, belonging, respect and authenticity, which led to high community scores in the October Pulse survey. I advocated for a stronger emphasis on better engineering, and constantly brainstormed ways to make it ingrained into the DNA of the team.
