  • Part of the global HR AI community, served as the lead to drive AI Adoption and learnings for GTA Corporate Functions org. Role was revamped to broader scope as TARI-wide regional AI lead in Nov 2024.
  • Nov 2024-June 2025: TARI HR AI Lead, Asia
  • Responsible for the AI Adoption efforts in HR-related workflows for TARI HR org (Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Impact) as the Asia region lead. Collaborated with my regional counterparts to plan, manage and execute our global TARI AI strategy, in consultation with the Global TARI Executive Sponsors.
  • Global Impact: Bolstered the AI learning, skilling & adoption for TARI org members; from zero to >50% positive feedback in increased confidence & proficiency in prompting, and success in leveraging Copilot to gain efficiencies and help with their work. Employee Signals on AI Learning increased, and significant uptake was observed in the TARI org global Copilot Daily Active Usage (e.g ave 47.6% DAU -> to 63.6% in 1 quarter).
  • Asia Impact: Led the TARI Asia v-team and the wider Asia community of AI reps in successfully driving AI adoption, trainings, and Copilot use cases across HR functions (recruitment, C&B and mobility). Through strong AI upskilling in the region, the TARI Asia teams contributed to 48% of 63 Agent concepts in the TARI Org, globally.

  • Built a Copilot AI Agent "Boolean Strings Library" to augment the sourcing step. The agent is capable of generating boolean strings (reducing manual effort), translating it (for greater sourcing reach in language-specific markets), and analyzing boolean (to assist with knowledge ramp-up + skilling). The agent has been published within internal catalogue and accessible to the recruiting org, globally.
  • Co-hosted an advanced-AI breakout session in the Microsoft HR Asia Regional Connection Day 2025 event. Received highly positive feedback from attendees as the session had deepen their understanding of what’s possible with AI by seeing practical applications in the HR context.
  • Participated in the Microsoft Global Hackathon 2024 under project JudgeGPT. I was part of the gamification pod and the media team. The project won 2nd Place in the Executive Challenge (Hack for Society).
