From 2016 to 2020, I was in your shoes, working a high-paying tech job. The work was demanding, and I felt the pressure and burnout. I was making great money, but I also felt stuck. So in 2020, I decided to walk away. But, before I did, I had a hunch. I realized the traditional financial services industry was completely ignoring high-income tech professionals like us. So in 2020, I decided to walk away from my job.
