• Interacting with the clients to work on filling the requirements, understanding the need of the hiring team about the candidates required. Setting up a weekly call with the point of contact in US/the client to set up the daily expectations and discuss regarding the daily expectations. Sourcing candidates form Indeed, Connected, Company’s own portal. Resume screening, following in with the assessments to check the candidate proficiencies and to look after their skills, telephonic screening, and salary negotiations. Qualifying and disqualifying the candidate based on the telephone interviews. Set up or schedule the interview with the point of contact and taking the open availability of the candidates for the hiring manager interview. Follow up with the point of contact, to provide the candidates with timely feedback and let them know for the other opportunities within the same organization. Providing the best talent for the point of contacts and keeping a focus to provide the best candidates to the clients. Contributing and training the new joiners to learn the basic process and steps, being a mentor before they start working in the process as an individual contributor. Also maintaining excellent services and participations in the other divisions of the company such as CSR activities, being part of funtac team and thoroughly active in taking a participation.
