With over a decade of experience spanning HR and Talent Acquisition, I specialize in helping growth stage startups create the people infrastructure they need to scale intentionally. From the first employee handbook to a full hiring strategy, I’ve built it all in fast moving, resource constrained environments where getting it right the first time matters. My background covers the full employee lifecycle: talent strategy, onboarding, policy development, employee relations, and HR systems.
