• Designed and implemented the rerouting infrastructure in the payout system, ensuring smooth transaction processing across multiple partner banks. In case a transaction fails with one partner bank and is not registered on their end, the system dynamically reroutes it to an alternate partner based on real-time success rates, turnaround time (TAT), and other performance metrics of the day. This enhancement increased the payout success rate from (98.4 to 99.56 percent)
• Designed and implemented the WAAS project at Meesho, implementing a payout strategy for suppliers that featured different pay scales for Forward, Return, Exchange, and RTO orders. This initiative generated (3 million dollars) in revenue within six months.
• I integrated Razorpay to streamline supplier payouts on the Meesho platform, implementing key features for a smooth and efficient payment process for Meesho’s supplier (Daily volume of Rs 70-100 Cr). This integration included seamless fund transfers to suppliers, real-time balance retrieval, and transaction status tracking to ensure transparency and, I set up webhook handling to manage event- based notifications, enabling accurate updates and efficient processing for each transaction.
• I implemented an automated system for recovering KAM charges from suppliers by creating a cron job that runs four times each month. This job retrieves necessary data from Metabase, processes it, and facilitates the recovery of charges that were previously handled through manual file uploads.(Monthly volume of Rs 14-20 Cr)
• I executed the migration from the legacy Supply API to a newly developed API to significantly reduce system latency, improving response times from 30 seconds to just 9 seconds and enhancing overall system efficiency.
