I am CEO of Mmimetika, a Biosciences company developing lactate-ketone ester interventions for metabolic health. I'm also the author of SICK NATION: Inside India's Lifestyle Disease Epidemic and How to Fix It. Transitioning from the tech world to metabolic health, I made it my mission to confront the metabolic epidemic by exposing its root cause: insulin resistance. As a certified metabolic health coach, I've conducted 300+ data-driven self-experiments with continuous glucose monitoring, researching how metabolic dysfunction develops and how interventions can address it. I created Sweetreactions.ai, an app that turns this research into instant meal optimizations for users. Previously, I served as Chief Marketing Officer of Mitte and Razorpay, and held leadership roles at OnePlus and Flipkart, scaling ventures from zero to $300M+ across consumer tech and nutrition.
