Executives and founders come to me when the most important relationship in their life starts to fall apart. Because whilst they're exceptional at work, and have a life many would envy... The home life feels unfulfilling. As the founder of the Successfully in Love® Method, I work with three kinds of people: ⮕ The executive in a marriage that no longer fits - stuck in a "do I stay or go" loop, unable to make the one decision they can't think their way out of. No amount of data gathering seems to help. ⮕ The single executive who has built everything - except the relationship they actually want. Smart, self-aware, and somehow still choosing the wrong people. Or choosing no one, because dating feels stressful. ⮕ The leader whose inner life is bleeding into their work - decisions are slower, bandwidth is lower, and the version of themselves their team needs is increasingly hard to access. The work I do is structured, science-backed, and fast. Using neuroscience, somatics, subconscious mind reconditioning, attachment theory, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help high-performing individuals get to the root of what's actually driving the pattern - and change it. Most clients experience a meaningful shift within 90 days. I didn't come to this work theoretically. My father spent his career in personal development, working alongside figures like Joe Dispenza, so I grew up inside this world. And still: I called off my first wedding. I mediated my own parents' divorce. I fought anorexia twice. Fifteen years of therapy gave me understanding, yes - but it didn't give me change. What gave me change was doing the deeper pattern reconditioning - the kind that operates below the level of insight, where our actual wiring lives. That's what I teach now. I hold an Oxford MSt in masculinity & femininity, and am accredited through ICF, with additional training in trauma-informed breathwork, mindfulness based stress reduction, NLP, and hypnotherapy.
