She started her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent over a decade as a trader in London and Chicago before making the move to the tech industry. Since then, Wendy has held international leadership roles at a number of fast-growing tech firms. She ran European sales for Dropbox where the business crossed $100 million in revenue. As Senior Vice President of Sales at CarGurus (NASDAQ:CARG) she scaled revenues to $30 million across Europe. Thereafter Wendy was hired as the first employee in Europe at Gong, the leading AI platform for revenue teams. As Senior Vice President of International she grew the European team to over 80 employees and $25 million in revenues. In 2025 Wendy stepped into a new role as Head of EMEA for Rippling, a company that was recently named to the Fortune Future 50 list. Her track record of success was recognised by Fortune magazine, and by Demandbase, when they named her one of the 100 most powerful women in sales. In 2025 the National Sales Conference awarded her Top Female Sales Influencer in the UK & Ireland, Top Software Voice in the UK & Ireland and 4th overall in the Top 100 Sales Influencer Index.
