About

Kerrie MacPherson has over 3 decades of international business experience working with senior management and boards with a focus on accelerating growth, driving innovation and enabling Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial enterprises to efficiently scale products and services to the market. After a 32-year career with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), Kerrie retired in 2018 and is building a board portfolio. Kerrie has both line and leadership experience at EY: having started her career as an Auditor, Kerrie served in leadership roles in M&A, Advisory (consulting) and Sales and Marketing. Kerrie is actively considering independent board positions where her experience in diverse leadership roles will provide value on a wide range of strategic and commercial considerations as well as delivering practical global experience as a member of Board Committees such as Audit, Finance, Governance, Risk and Compensation. Kerrie has been a longstanding champion of diversity and inclusion as a key business imperative. She served as Executive Sponsor of EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program, a nationally-recognized executive education program to help second-stage women entrepreneurs scale their companies to full potential. Kerrie also sponsored and co-founded a leading program for high-potential female future leaders called Power.Presence.Purpose (and now teaches the program globally).
