• After years of experience supporting, testing, training, and consulting on the best practices of implementing the Fishbowl ERP platform I became the defacto domain, expert, in Inventory systems. Moving from a support and training role I moved into BI development and then to product management. I worked directly with software development teams to curate ideas, research product markets and competition, and lead product discovery. I developed custom BI tools and analytic tools that queried hundreds of on-premise databases and convert that data into consumable summary data. I was able to reveal important insight into our customer product usage, LTV, CAC, and Total Addressable Market. I focused on practical product management tactics like MVP release and prototyping. Ultimately I initiated the companies transition from on-premise to SAAS.
