As a former field hockey forward, I bring that same mindset to business, applying positive pressure, staying close to customers, and winning together as a team. Outside of Uber, I co-founded My Own Filo, a FemTech company transforming women’s health through science, technology, and empathy. Together with my mom, we’ve raised $2.2M to build tools with leading medical specialists, creating a new category that empowers over 3,500 women today. And yes, I say “Happy Days” a lot - because when you’re doing meaningful work with great people, that’s exactly what it should feel like.
