I believe partner-led businesses are due for the same reset that direct sales went through a decade ago—and that reset will be AI-native. Across SaaS and many non-tech industries—manufacturing, insurance, automotive, distribution—30–80% of revenue flows through partners. And yet, the way partner revenue is operated today hasn’t really evolved. Direct sales teams run on modern, execution-first systems. Channel teams still rely on spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, and PRMs that were designed as systems of record—not systems of execution. The problem isn’t a lack of partners. It’s fragmented execution across enablement, deals, and incentives. JazzHQ is built on a simple insight: AI finally makes it possible to unify partner execution end-to-end. Not by bolting AI onto legacy PRMs—but by rebuilding the partner operating layer from scratch so AI is the foundation, not the feature. Having spent years building and scaling global partner motions, I’ve seen where things break at scale. Partner teams spend the majority of their time on admin instead of revenue. Leadership operates on stale or incomplete data. Partners disengage when selling feels harder than it should and getting paid is slow or opaque. We’re building an AI-native Partner Operating System that sits across the ecosystem, not on top of it. It unifies enablement, deal execution, and incentives into a single execution layer—without forcing partners into rigid workflows. What makes this moment interesting is timing. The product we’re shipping today simply wasn’t possible a couple of years ago. Modern reasoning models make it feasible to coordinate execution across messy, real-world partner workflows.
