• My role in a nutshell:
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and vendor management based on historical data to help cost-cutting and generate ambiguous revenue to the organization.
• Managing the recruitment pipeline for Analytics, Product, and Design roles including sourcing for relevant talent through various channels like LinkedIn, Social Media, X-Ray Search and other job portals.
• Conducted post-offer engagement process to effectively tackle offer conversion challenges, negotiated offer details and closed hires.
• Perform day to day data management and continuous improvement of recruiting processes based on data insights.

• My role in a nutshell :
• Owned the implementation of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) from scratch.
• Managed the recruitment pipeline for Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Design roles including sourcing for relevant talent through various channels like LinkedIn, X-ray search, Social Media and other job portals.
• Determining the resource status, understanding the needs of the hiring managers to effectively implement the job posting and referral processes.
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle starting from sourcing to offer closure.
• Effectively accumulate, analyze and deliver appropriate pipeline information and convey key messages to peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Owned the planning, assessing and reporting of weekly hiring data to the founders and leadership team.
