About

Engineering Leader | Platform Strategist | Scalable Systems Thinker I build platforms that scale, teams that deliver, and systems that sustain velocity. With 13+ years of experience across fintech, consumer-tech, and B2B infrastructure, I’ve led engineering teams through both 0→1 product innovation and 1→100 scale journeys. From writing India’s early UPI-based app at Citrus to shaping platform architecture and growth engines at Zeta, I’ve operated at every inflection of scale. At Zeta, I led Apollo – the internal mobile platform used across business units. Architected multi-tenant SDKs powering authentication, payments, and card services across B2B clients. Enabled modular delivery, improved DevEx, and established CI/CD rituals with cross-org alignment. I later took ownership of PayZapp’s Growth Platform and Consumer Experience, scaling to 25M+ users. I drove engineering for personalization, offer delivery infra, and MoEngage-powered levers — partnering with Product, Design, and Marketing to improve retention, NPS, and click-throughs. It wasn’t just about features, but about shaping platform mindsets in a fast-growing consumer product. Previously at PayU, I transitioned from engineer to org builder. Delivered one of India’s first UPI + wallet apps, then re-architected LazyPay’s mobile platform post-acquisition. Introduced server-driven UI, led multi-NBFC integrations, created pod-based team structures, and scaled a 22-member mobile + backend org. Also drove hiring strategy, owning 200+ interviews and systemizing evaluations. ⸻ ⚙️ Strengths I Bring • Platform Thinking with Product Sensibility • Cross-org Program Ownership (Infra + Experience) • Scaled Engineering Teams, Rituals, and Delivery Velocity • Full-Stack Understanding: Mobile, Backend, DevEx • Multi-stakeholder Alignment (Design, Product, QA, GTM) • 0→1 + 1→100 Journey Experience ⸻ I thrive where engineering is not a ticketing system, but a strategy function — influencing product outcomes, business health, and long-term platform resilience.
