A seasoned B2B Marketing leader with over 18 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing programs, global strategic initiatives and building a successful marketing function for a $14Bn IT organization and a B2B analytics company, which is a subject of a Harvard Business School case study in creating a new market category. As the present Strategic Marketing Director for Nearshore Americas (Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and US Strategic Initiatives) at HCLTech, my responsibilities include spearheading the marketing strategy, supervising a team of 10+ marketers and driving strategic initiatives across sales enablement, employer branding/talent marketing, brand management and CSR programs. Additionally, I also lead GenAI Marketing for Americas region for HCLTech.
