• As a co founder, I led a multi-faceted role where I juggle between responsibilities for the growth of the B2B start-up company from product -market fit lens and championing "the voice of the customer".

• Part of a two-man team which executed weekly media campaigns (worth over 2million SGD in ad budget) for Starwood Hotels & Resorts portfolio hotel brands in Asia Pacific. The eight hotel brands are Westin, Sheraton, St.Regis, Aloft, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien, Element and The Luxury Collection.
• Coordinate display ad creative and technical implementation for all hotels across 8 markets in the APAC region including the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) Program premium membership base across multiple ad platforms and publishers' websites and mobile channels.
• Execute and manage code for display ad delivery. From ad unit set up (ad tags) to validating and troubleshooting of tracking code (pixels) for counting ad impression.
• Collect, clean, analyze and prepare several types of ad data reports such as expenditure and campaign performance data for individual hotel brand per country market for the media buying team.
• Successfully implemented live campaigns on over 30+ known international and regional publisher names including OTAs : Trip Advisor, Skype, The Economist.com, MSN.com, Google and much more.
