Lokesh Kad — Product Manager

I am an Associate Developer at Thoughtworks, currently shaping my career through the Thoughtworks University (TWU) program, a one-year immersive journey blending technical mastery with consulting and collaboration. Having completed the initial 4 weeks of intensive training, I am eager to apply these learnings to impactful, real-world projects. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (AI & ML) from Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in programming, AI/ML, and backend development, with experience in Python, Java, Django, SQL, and cloud-native technologies. My journey includes an SDE Internship at RNH Tech Group, where I developed the entire backend for an Inventory Management System, as well as a research publication in Springer Scopus PEIS-2024 on real-time stress monitoring using wearable devices. I have worked on projects ranging from a high-performance multithreaded proxy server deployed with Kubernetes and Prometheus monitoring, to an AI-powered real-time email classification platform, and a data preprocessing web application for intuitive insights. These experiences have strengthened my skills in system design, scalable architecture, and practical application of AI and DevOps. Beyond technology, I enjoy fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge through forums, technical events, and team-driven initiatives. I am passionate about exploring the intersections of low-level programming, AI, and DevOps, and I look forward to contributing meaningfully to innovative projects that make a real impact.
