About

I develop and transform live entertainment venues shaping how they are designed, delivered, and monetised. My work sits at the intersection of venue development, digital innovation, and commercial strategy, helping operators maximise revenue, unlock new premium experiences, and future-proof their assets. With over 15 years across Asia and globally, my career has evolved from delivering some of the region’s biggest large-scale events into the development of new venues and major site transformations for future live entertainment. I specialise in turning complex ideas into scalable, buildable, and commercially sound solutions aligning architects, operators, engineers, and investors around a clear outcome: better fan experience and stronger venue performance. I am also a passionate evangelist for emerging technology constantly experimenting with digital twins, AI, automation, and new digital workflows that reshape how venues are planned, sold, and operated. I believe the future of our industry belongs to those who combine creative thinking, commercial discipline, and intelligent systems to unlock entirely new possibilities for live entertainment.
