Having around two decades of enriched experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and proficient leader in the CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric) domain. I have been working on new product development from concept prototyping to SOP, delivering high-quality results within timeline and cost targets while mentoring large project teams. As head of EV Battery System at JSW Greentech, I am responsible for managing the technical team responsible for the design and development of the Traction Battery system while working with global cross-functional teams across different verticals. I am responsible for planning the short-term and long-term strategy for the group. My core competencies include automotive system & controls, powertrain, vehicle modeling, V&V, calibration & diagnostics using model based system engineering in electromobility domain. I have good awareness in the emerging fields of autonomous and connected vehicles, ADAS, machine learning, neural network, data analysis, IoT and functional safety. I am motivated to leverage my technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute towards the innovation and excellence of next generation sustainable automotive solutions while creating value for the customers, stakeholders and society.
