I began my career at Osborne Recruitment Consultancy, managing end-to-end hiring for tech, engineering, finance, and accountancy roles—often juggling around 20 positions simultaneously. At Pfizer, I focused on STEM and enabling functions across Pfizer Ireland, partnering with both local and US-based leaders while managing up to 40 roles at once. Over the past five years at Workhuman, I have recruited across sales, business development, customer success, marketing, finance, enabling, and technology (including multi-language roles) across Ireland and the UK. I was also involved in initiatives around diversity and inclusion in recruitment, employer branding, Workday optimisation and AI innovation—one of my AI projects won the 2024 Product Innovation Award, recognised by the CEO!! I am passionate about recruitment that goes beyond filling roles, focusing on building trust, driving engagement, and connecting people with work that truly matters.
