Such transactions involved- raising funds by way of Loans, Deposits, Rights Issue & Private Placements.
Liaising and execution of documents involved in Corporate Actions with Depositories and Share Transfer Agents.
Incorporating legal entities that are suitable to the needs of the business as well as beneficial in reducing the compliance cost of the client.
