• Searching Resumes on Job Portal, Employee References, Bulk emails for Jobs on Portal for Different Profiles.
• Placing Candidates on Different MNCs.
• Completing Joining formalities of candidates. Looking after all the openings with clients.
• Hardcore headhunting to meet clients’ requirements..
• Forwarding matched CVs to clients for getting them short-listed.
• Informing the short listed candidates about their short listing.
• Arranging the interviews (Personal/Telephonic) for the short listed candidates according to the convenience of both candidate and client.
• Making the database of every contacted professional of various technologies.
• maintaining a steady candidate flow in anticipation of future orders (building a pipeline)
• Sourcing profiles using online recruiting databases including Monster and Naukri
• Driving the candidate hiring process, scheduling follow up interviews with the client and maintaining candidates' interest throughout the process
• Checking necessary references, extending offers
• Maintaining contacts with candidates and ensuring greater employee retention
• Responsible for lead generation and co-account management
• Liaison between clients and internal recruiters regarding candidate submittals, interviews and placements
• Consistently met or exceeded productivity goals and organizational goals
• Identification of manpower requirements through development of a skills database for articulating the skills requirements and gap analysis.
• Conducting validated reference-checks with previous employers of the short listed candidates.
• Counseling the hired candidates with their career paths and alignment within the client system and culture
• Maintenance of a resume database to cater to future requirements.
