• Standardised product end status in the merchant's onboarding journey by implementing the chain of responsibility and null object design patterns which reduced the customer call volume by 15%.
• Implemented Webpack bundle reduction, code splitting and caching to reduce customer perception of latency (CPL) by 30%, increasing onboarding completion rates by 15% as a result.
• In the process of exposing our service to the PayPal merchant dashboard, we plan to introduce module federation, which will allow an existing customer to seamlessly switch to a new product without being redirected. We anticipate that the onboarding conversion rates will rise by at least 20%.

• Built a dynamic onboarding system that sent requirements and decisions from backend to frontend via JSON logic graphs. The APIs were designed to return unified needs, enabling several products onboarding at once. It reduced the time to launch new products by 70%.
• Built a dashboard with onboarding steps and current statuses by fetching the schema concurrently, from a spring boot app utilising CompletableFuture.
• Designed the KYC flow UI and integrated it with an internal SDK for live photo and selfie capture, thus initialising business launch in Hong Kong
• Created a minimal data collection flow for the merchants that asks for the uncollected details, by modifying the existing finite-state machine architecture, thus decreasing the account limitation rate by 10%.
• Mentored new joiners to provide a seamless onboarding process by guiding them with ramp up, code reviews, tech stack, and their overall growth in the team.

• Built an affidavit flow to get the seller's consent about an item, that involved e-signing the form, converting to pdf and passing the file to the downstream as a blob, thus gaining seller trust and reducing the dispute rate by 7%.
• Revamped the inquiry phase of the PayPal's Resolution Center, by migrating from DustJS to React and developed a new buyer-seller conversation feature, which leading to a increase in response rates by 20%.
• Worked on writing UT's and FT's using Jest, Mocha, Nemo libraries, thus improving the code coverage of the app by 25%.
