• The AWS Website Engineering team owns the full stack of the AWS Website (aws.amazon.com) and drives innovation on the set of pages that represents the main source of knowledge for AWS. The vast majority of the projects the team works on are based on native AWS solutions and services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis. The team enables hundreds of product managers to successfully push content to our customers and delivers high quality content to our customers worldwide.
• I served as the technical lead for the software development team that owns the customer-facing technology platform that powers aws.amazon.com and the other main AWS websites.

• Working as an SDE in Prime Pantry, Amazon. Prime Pantry is an Amazon program where Amazon Prime members can shop for groceries and household products in everyday package sizes (for example, a single box of cereal). They can fill a virtual box of items from the Prime Pantry store and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep.
• Worked on a plethora of projects during my tenure in Pantry. Saw it grow from 1 locale (US) to 8 locales. Contributed in Design and implementation for the migration from box building to Pantry subscription model. The second half of my stay in Pantry involved mentoring SDE 1s, leading the technical designs, working on some architectural improvement projects and improving processes for the whole org.

• Worked as an SDE in Amazon, Bangalore in Associates Payments team. Associates is the amazon affiliate marketing program. As an Associates customer, you can put up amazon ASINs for sale on your blogs and other web properties and earn a referral bonus of x % of the ASIN price, whenever a purchase happens through the ad/referral on your blog or web property.
• Our team primarily has 2 components one of which takes care of computing the earnings, sending out invoices for the payments to other teams, sending payment emails to the associates etc. Have primarily been the sole owner of this component in our team working on numerous tasks of small, medium or large sizes including International launches of the program in India and Brazil. Participated in the full development life cycle for the tasks, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. Apart from that, worked on a few redesigns of some of the UI portals being used internally in Amazon Associates.
• Worked on various technologies both client and server side here at Amazon. Apart from that, also got a chance to learn about Hadoop which is used extensively in our team.
