My career has been defined by two distinct speeds: the grit of going Zero to One, and the scale of leading Fortune 500 Global Innovation. I didn’t follow the standard path. My foundation was built on the discipline of an athlete (trained by my Olympian father) and the hustle of the sales floor. But my career accelerated when I taught myself to understand the code behind business. As Global President of Digital Innovation at The Adecco Group and with 10 years in AI in recruitment, I had a front-row seat to the future of work. The Volume: In 2016 alone, my team and I reviewed 1,600 startups. We weren't just guessing at trends; we were analyzing the entire global landscape of HR Tech and AI. The Strategy: I didn't just watch the market; I shaped it. I led digital investments and business model innovation, bridging the gap between raw tech potential and massive enterprise deployment. The Boardroom: This led to serving on the Executive Board of Microsoft Services, advising on how to apply that innovation at the highest level. The Mission Through all of this, from writing my own code to managing Innovation to impact the $24bn P&L, the theme has been the same: Unlocking Opportunity. I have dedicated my career to connecting humans with the right opportunities. Whether it was placing people in jobs at EQ Community or investing in the next generation of tech as an LP and at Adecco, the goal is always to remove the friction that stops people from growing.
