  • Advised globally on setting-up new population support services, driving behaviour change and sustainability including in Parliament, the European Central Bank, G20 and the United Nations.
  • Worked in conjunction with the Government Department for Work and Pensions and the regulator to develop and instigate propositions addressing state benefit changes, high-cost, short-term loans and disability support.
