  • From 2017 to 2022, Mark led the recruitment efforts for Apple’s Satellite Connectivity Group (SCG), developing capabilities for the iPhone and Apple Watch’s global rescue and safety features. Initially consisting of five engineers, Mark guided the team in building and pivoting the product until its launch. Despite Apple’s lack of space engineering experience, Mark devised viable strategies, resulting in an all-new product that has saved thousands of lives and inspired countless ads and promotions highlighting Apple’s greatness.

  • Identified by the Director of Global Talent Management to develop and implement a global sourcing based recruitment model including strategic executive recruiting. Consulted with hiring managers at all levels globally.
  • Hired as IC to focus on Executive Recruiting and Sourcing for hard to fill roles. The team grew to 11 Sourcers globally within 13 months, then promoted to US Staffing head with global Sourcing in the US, Europe, and Asia. The Sourcing team primarily focused on candidate pipe-lining resulting in the hires of over 1800 net new in 3 years; roles ranging from semiconductor technicians to experienced engineers and scientists with PhDs with 90% requiring relocation.
