• At OneWorldNation (OWN), we built a gaming ecosystem on top of a blockchain. We focused on creating a mobile-first gaming ecosystem, offering both traditional and modern casino games.
• As the CTO, I oversaw the tech vertical of the company. My responsibilities included building NFT marketplaces and custom ERC-20 currencies for the platform, as well as establishing support for real-time transactions over blockchain and fiat currencies across the platform."
• Within just 18 months, we scaled our platform to generate $2 million in annual revenue, attracting 50k paying monthly users and 250k paying users overall. Additionally, we secured $2 million in seed funding from VCs, enabling us to expand our team and develop 7 games that gained traction across 8 countries (India, Philippines, Brazil).
• We decided to pivot after August 2023 because the new GST laws introduced by the Government of India made it no longer viable to run the venture profitably.

• In my role at Uber, I led initiatives aiming at enhancing Agent experience through projects including:
• Expanding Uber's support conversations to handle multi-party interactions, addressing high-touch issues like Uber Safety support and Uber Freight.
• Integrating Postmates in the stack, saving $60M in agent costs.
• Implementing real-time translation features in Uber Support Platform, resulting in $6M annual savings for Japanese support tickets, with potential $40M savings across all languages.
• Additionally, I contributed to mitigating Uber-wide outages as a member of Uber's Ring0 rotation and co-owned the backend on-call rotation for Customer Obsession, organizing handoffs across the organization.
