(FYI: I enjoyed that as well !) . During my college days, I co-founded Three Meals, where we turned a college challenge into a successful venture, delivering 1200 orders daily within three months. That small step was the start of a long engaging startup journey ! I started off humbly as an inside sales representative, but kept my focus strong on learning. Later, working with some of the best minds in industry, I dedicated my career to driving excellence, building high-performing units, and leaving a lasting mark on industries I've had the privilege to be a part of. A milestone in my journey was being the Head of Training at Whitehat Jr. I set up end-to-end sales training processes, designed engaging virtual training for 3000 new joiners, and ensured a flawless training process. Later as a Sales Director, I led a team of 100 and orchestrated processes that consistently overachieved weekly and monthly targets. At Bitclass, as AVP Business, I managed three categories, scaling courses from 12 to 120 within three months. I would not say that rising from a humble beginning to a leadership role was easy. What I know for sure is that it is achievable. If one follows three ingredients of success, anything is possible. And these three are - a focussed pathway, right mentorship, and purposeful practice.
