• Developer Experience is a platform organization dedicated to empowering and accelerating developers. Our mission is to streamline engineers' daily tasks, fostering swift, high-quality, and satisfying delivery of business value. My role has expanded to overseeing four teams (four managers and 40 ICs) during my tenure.
• Took ownership of critical business operations by overseeing the CI/CD platform (Buildkite), source control system (GitHub Enterprise Self-Hosted), feature flagging platform (Unleash), and canary deploy system (Flagger).
• Implemented on-call support structures, run-books, and dashboards for the India team, overseeing source control, CI/CD, feature flagging, and canary deploys, reducing the incident rate from ~8 in the first six months of 2023 to one in the last six months.
• Initiated migration from GitHub Self-Hosted to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, aiming to reduce operational liability, infrastructure costs, and leverage new GitHub features. Led three contractor teams (25 people) in planning and executing GitHub migration activities, collaborating with 10+ additional teams for preparatory tasks to transfer over 15K repositories in 6 months.
• Co-designed and developed a Python webhook proxy on GCP Cloud Run for GitHub webhooks to reach internal systems at Wayfair, capable of handling a minimum of 150 requests per second.
• Co-led planning sessions for 6 US and 3 Indian teams in the engineering effectiveness org, aligning objectives and key results, identifying dependencies, and determining additional resources needed.
• Conducted over 35 interviews between Sept 2023 and Jan 2024 resulting in the hiring of 75% of our goal FTEs before March 2024.

• Key Deliverables:
• Successful launch and iteration of a cloud based omni-channel web application in 18 countries in Western Europe as well as the US. This microservice architecture is one of the first at adidas to take advantage of Kubernetes and Amazon Web Services to deliver scalable and highly-available services becoming a reference architecture for future cloud based applications.
• Provided architectural guidance on a complex multi-million dollar legacy application with many integration points throughout the business including several factories to produce custom and embellished apparel.

• Partner with product owners to define the system architecture that will deliver business value in alignment with adidas architectural principles and communicate these changes to development teams.
• Create, document and plan the technological evolution of applications to inform the short, medium and long term architectural roadmap.
