About

I equip organizations to innovate with clarity, rigor, and executive alignment, on behalf of all people. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve led product strategy across start-ups, growth-stage companies, and Amazon. I have managed billion-dollar P&Ls and led teams of up to 18 PMs and analysts, owning road maps and strategy for 250+ engineers. With foundations in physics (Yale) and data science, I cut through noise and synthesize inputs into mental models that unlock alignment and execution. I also bring a strong ethical bar, with uncompromising commitment to equity and inclusion. At Amazon, my product team built the plug-and-play AI shopping infrastructure that powers Alexa.com, mobile apps, and Echo devices from the same backend. We launched Alexa Shopping on Gen AI (Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova) to tens of millions of customers, driving 3x purchase increases. Key features included a fully conversational gifting experience and scaling agentic "Buy for Me" from 65K to 500K+ products. I also supported Rufus (Amazon's conversational AI projected to drive $10B in incremental sales) for Books as part of the launch team. Across all roles, I build systems and teams where empathy, trust, and disciplined judgment drive innovation and high performance. I’m currently on sabbatical advising AI startups on product strategy, decision mechanisms, and responsible innovation while evaluating my next full-time mission. I expect to return to executive leadership in about June 2026.
