I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, with a strong focus on IT recruitment over the past ten years. During this time, I’ve worked in various settings — as an in-house recruiter, in a recruitment agency, and as an independent consultant. I collaborated with 5 to 8 Hiring Managers simultaneously, including the VP of Software Development. The team was distributed across multiple locations, with Oslo and Düsseldorf as the main hubs, and additional team members located in London, Berlin, and New Delhi (India). I handled up to 25 roles at the time. I manage end-to-end (Full Stack) recruitment — from intake meetings to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. I always conduct short technical screenings with developers, and I’m confident in my ability to assess whether a candidate is junior, mid, or senior — often within an 80–90% accuracy range. I also have experience with negotiations, offer presentations, background checks, reference checks, relocation processes, and other admin-related tasks. In terms of roles, I’ve worked across the full tech spectrum — from C++ engineers to React developers, as well as DevOps, Data, PM, PO, Scrum Masters, and UX Designers.
